I had a great experience with Joyce and the team at Professional Learning Service. This was a very well structured 2-day course in Florida, and it truly helped me prepare for the ADEX hygiene exam. The entire team is highly knowledgeable and supportive. They provided practical tips and clear guidance on every aspect of the exam, taking the time to ensure everyone understood thoroughly. What I really appreciated was their non-judgmental approach they support everyone equally, whether you have strong recent clinical experience or are a hygienist looking to refresh your skills after time away.
I also rented Joyce’s instruments for my exam, and they were in excellent condition very sharp and well-maintained. I would highly recommend renting from them rather than looking elsewhere.
Personally, I struggled with calculus detection, but the way Joyce and the team trained me to improve my tactile sense made a huge difference. Their hands-on teaching approach was incredibly effective.
Even though this course was not required by the board, I chose to take it and I’m so glad I did. I truly believe it played a major role in helping me pass on my first attempt, saving me both time and money.
I highly recommend Joyce and her team to anyone preparing for the ADEX hygiene exam.

Professional Learning Services was THE BEST way for me to reinstate my Dental Hygiene License in Colorado. The dental hygiene remediation program is a necessary tool for achieving the desired results on the exam and for acquiring knowledge and skills for future practice. I recommend it to all international dentists, even those who are already licensed. It's a great way to refresh your knowledge and hone your skills. Also note that the entire staff of teachers are wonderful and very qualified to teach you everything you need. Love this course.

My experience with the remedial course was truly a total success.
I have to admit that failing my exam was tough—it really hit me—but now I can say it was one of the best things that could’ve happened. It gave me the opportunity to go through this incredible and transformative experience.
Even with my limited English, I always felt supported. The entire team of instructors were not only highly professional but also kind, patient, and passionate about teaching. Their knowledge and techniques made a huge difference in my preparation.
