An important topic for Oral Health Providers!
According to the department of Health and Human Services (HHS) In 2018, an estimated 10.3 million people aged 12 or older misused opioids. Specifically, 9.9 million people misused prescription pain relievers. This is truly an epidemic worsened by the current CoVid 19 reality in our society. This topic is mandatory for CT dentists and strongly recommended for the dental team.
