According  to the ADA dental providers must be able to address patient’s fears and anxiety related to dental procedures. 

The physical and mental stability are an essential component to health. Many of us are dealing with a variety of mixed emotions that can affect us physically and emotionally.

Objectives: Upon Completion of this program participants will:

  • Identify triggers of stress and anxiety
  • Recognize the effects of stress and anxiety on both physical and emotional levels
  • Discuss ways to cope with negative emotions
  • Identify ways to reduce stress and anxiety for our patients
