    This Lasers course is designed to introduce the novice or potential laser user to the basic scientific principles, safety concerns, and the laser expert to refine their skills and understand the potential uses of a laser in dental hygiene and dentistry. 

    This course introduces Laser Dentistry and provides information to understand how lasers work. The participant will also view procedures on how lasers function for the dental practice. From this presentation, dental professionals will be comfortable identifying what lasers are used for, how to use them safely, and discover how to find additional training and certification.
